Your Custom Formulas & Refills
When your practitioner writes and orders a formula, you may receive an email and text alert with a link to pay for your formula. You can choose the most convenient option for you-shipping via UPS or USPS, or picking it up. We’ve designed these options with your comfort in mind.
If you are picking up the formula at our facility at 750 South 15th Street. In that case, you’ll receive another text and email letting you know it’s been completed.
If you have questions about this, you can call or text 215-546-5870.
Your practitioner might also set you up to have the formula refilled. To order refills, log into your patient account, navigate to the ‘Refills’ section, and follow the prompts. You’ll receive the exact text and email reminders when your refill is approved as the first order.
How To Take Your Formula
You might have received raw herbs to cook in tea. You might receive granules or a liquid concentrate, or your child might receive a glycerin extract. You can find guidelines for these on our resources page. However, it’s crucial to follow the instructions you’ve received from your practitioner, as they are tailored to your specific needs.
